Autumn in Geiranger is something truly special. The mountainsides glow in vibrant colors, the air is crisp and clear – and on the weekend of October 24–26, we invite you to a cozy fall getaway, featuring a concert with Paal Flaata on Saturday, October 25.

With his distinctive voice and powerful stage presence, Paal Flaata has moved audiences for years. This intimate and beautiful concert will take you on a musical journey through songs influenced by Americana, country, and soul – all delivered in Flaata’s unmistakable style.

About Paal Flaata
With a recording career spanning more than 25 years – the last 20 as a solo artist – Paal Flaata has amazed listeners with a voice that hardly seems of this world.

He is one of Norway’s most frequently touring artists, and together with pianist and producer Gøran Grini, he has performed on nearly every major stage in the country over the past two decades.

For 10 years, Paal fronted the band Midnight Choir, and with his powerful voice, he helped place the group on the European music map. During those years, Midnight Choir released five studio albums and two compilations. In 1998, they were awarded the Spellemann Award (Norwegian Grammy) for the album Amsterdam Stranded.

As a solo artist, Flaata has released the following albums:
