Union Retreat – for women in the middle of life

An exclusive workshop with Kristin Evjen for reflection, energy, and new direction

When the body changes, the mind is full, and emotions can swing, it is easy to lose your footing. Many women during the time around menopause experience exactly this: that they do not quite recognize themselves again – that they are in the middle of life, but still feel a bit on hold.

This workshop is created for you who want to reclaim your place in your own life.
For you who want to understand your body better.
For you who want to find new energy, safety, direction – and community.

Kristin Evjen has worked with women throughout much of her professional life. She has followed many through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause – and she has gone through the phases herself. She knows how challenging, but also how liberating this period can be. Therefore, she has gathered the knowledge, experiences, and tools that can really help, and now she wants to share them with you.

About Kristin

Kristin is a physiotherapist and specialist in sexological counseling. She also has education in cognitive therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
As a physiotherapist, she mainly works with women's health, and as a conversation therapist, her work often revolves around relational challenges, sexuality, life coaching, and couples therapy.
She is passionately interested in women's health and relationships, and how relationships and sexuality are affected by trauma, stress, and illness. She often gives lectures on these topics.

Wednesday, February 11
08.00 – Gentle morning yoga
09.00 – Breakfast
10.00–12.00 – Hormone yoga, breath & yoga nidra
12.00 – Lunch + personal time: spa, bath, hike, or just relax
16.00–18.00 – Sharing experiences so far. Sexual health in adulthood & body awareness exercises.
19.00 – Dinner

08.00 – Gentle morning yoga

10.00–11.30 – Breath for energy & desire + summary
11.30 – Check-out
