Our hotel garden is a peaceful oasis where you can retreat on sunny days, relax on a sun lounger, enjoy a delicious lunch from Kafé Løsta, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool.

Playroom

On the 3rd floor, next to Union Bad & Spa, you’ll find our playroom – perfect for our youngest guests. Here, children can enjoy a climbing frame and ball pit. The playroom is a safe and fun space where kids can play and explore.

Fitness room

Hotel Union Geiranger has its own fitness room on the 2nd floor, adjacent to Union Bad & Spa. Here, you’ll find a basic selection of training equipment such as a treadmill, rowing machine, spinning bike, and free weights – perfect for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

Activity room

In the lower level of the hotel, you’ll find Geiranger Vognfabrikk – a fun space with activities like billiards, air hockey, and darts.

Union Dancing

In the lower level, you’ll also find Union Dancing – our very own show venue. This atmospheric hall features a central stage and dance floor, surrounded by tiered seating areas that provide great views from every seat. With its own bar, the venue is ideal for dancing, entertainment, and events of all kinds – from shows and concerts to corporate parties and private gatherings.

The Queen´s Terrace

The Queen’s Terrace is a spacious and beautiful terrace connected to Restaurant Fjorden. During the summer season, you can enjoy both lunch and dinner here while taking in the spectacular view of the Geirangerfjord.

The Nina Grieg Terrace

The Nina Grieg Terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, surrounded by spectacular views of the Geirangerfjord. This inviting and sheltered terrace offers comfortable seating and excellent sun conditions on fine days. It is located just outside the lounge on the first floor and is served by the lobby bar.

The Queen´s Lounge

The Queen’s Lounge is a small and elegant room connected to the main lounge on the first floor. Furnished with antique furniture, it offers a warm and atmospheric setting. The Queen’s Lounge can also be rented as a gathering place for small groups or private celebrations. Pricing upon request.

Vintage car collection

Many of the cars that were used to show tourists around Geiranger in the 1920s and 1930s are still in good condition. The current collection has ten such cars, and they are still available for hire with a chauffeur.

Mollaløa

Mollaløa is an old rustic barn that stands in the hotel garden. Here, groups can enjoy an atmospheric meal in a unique setting. Contact us to book Mollaløa for a group of minimum 20 people.
